Bookings & Payment
All direct online bookings require full prepayment, processed securely through Razorpay. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with a reservation ID.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 08:00; check-out by 11:00. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by rate and date. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us at +91 80932 61999 or reservation@balkrishnapalace.com. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Rates & Taxes
Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited at the front desk. Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
