When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, stay dates and any special requests. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
How We Use It
We use your details solely to process and confirm your reservation, communicate about your stay, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Your booking is created in our property-management system (eZee) to service your stay.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to deliver your booking — our payment gateway (Razorpay), reservation system (eZee) and email provider. We never sell your personal data.
